YEAR 9 CURRICULUM (AGE ~14–15)

Focus: Early high-school level mastery. Algebra II & introductory pre-calculus, physics mechanics and thermodynamics, chemistry labs with independent experiments, exoplanet colonization & ecosystem engineering, interplanetary economics and trade, advanced VR & programming, full puberty/relationship education, leadership, diplomacy, and ethical decision-making.

1. Literacy & Language (Galactic Tongue – Core)

Focus: Advanced reading, analytical writing, structured research, persuasive and technical writing.

• Short novels (20–50 pages)
• Theme, symbolism, and figurative language

Module 2 – Writing Mastery

• Essays (8–12 paragraphs)

• Multi-perspective reporting
• Structured research papers with citations

Module 3 – Grammar, Style & Rhetoric

• Advanced sentence types: compound-complex, parallel structure
• Tone, style, and audience adaptation
• Persuasive devices: ethos, pathos, logos
