Purpose:

The Nexus Authority of Balance (NAB) serves as the supreme moderating institution of the galaxy’s existential equilibrium. The Authority operates independently from any planetary, military, or divine body, reporting only to the Nexus Core and, by extension, the Celestial Council.

Article I — Foundation and Jurisdiction

1. Creation Mandate:

   The Nexus Authority of Balance was founded under the Nexus Core Accords following the First Convergence Crisis. It acts as the stabilization branch of galactic governance, maintaining equilibrium between realms, cosmic forces, and lawful entities.

2. Jurisdiction Scope:

   The Authority holds domain across all registered systems under the Unified Stellar Bureaucratic Charter (USBC) and any independent regions under existential threat from realm imbalance or cosmic anomaly.
