Purpose
The INC establishes the legal foundation for the annulment of agreements, treaties, contracts, or actions that were executed without proper consent, under coercion, deception, or in violation of interstellar law. It ensures that no entity, species, or organization may exploit legal or biological loopholes to bypass consent or lawful conduct.

The Clause exists to safeguard interstellar civilization from legal manipulation and ensures that all agreements are grounded in voluntary and informed participation.
Article I – Scope of Nullification
- The INC applies to:
- Diplomatic treaties, pacts, and alliances.
- Commercial contracts or resource agreements.
- Personal, biological, or psionic agreements, including interspecies reproductive arrangements.
- Any action influenced by coercion, deception, or temporal/realm manipulation.
- Nullification may be requested or initiated by:
- Affected parties or species representatives.
- Galactic Judiciary Assembly (GJA) review.
- Interstellar Ombuds Bureau (IOB) investigation.
- Actions nullified under the INC are considered void ab initio — treated as if they never legally occurred.
Article II – Conditions for Invocation
- Evidence of one or more of the following is required:
- Coercion (physical, psionic, social, or technological)
- Deception, falsification, or misrepresentation of facts
- Manipulation via temporal or realm-based powers (except when justified under CCN)
- Violation of interstellar consent protocols (see ICA §IV–VI)
