- 1 cup diced honeydew melon
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber (peeled if you want smoother texture)

- Juice of 1 lime
- 5–6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup cold water or coconut water (for subtle sweetness)
- Optional: pinch of salt (enhances cucumber & melon)
- Optional: 1/4 tsp edible glitter or blue spirulina for shimmer

Instructions:

Blend the base
In a blender, combine:
- Honeydew, cucumber, mint, lime juice, agave/honey, water, and a pinch of salt
- Blend until smooth and frothy

Strain (optional)
- For a silky drink, strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth
- For a more rustic fantasy texture, skip straining

Add sparkle (optional)
- Stir in a pinch of edible shimmer or blue spirulina to give it a frosty, magical hue

- Pour over ice in clear glasses
- Garnish with a mint sprig, thin cucumber ribbon, or a frozen melon cube
