6.1 The enforcement of the Universal Concordant shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Celestial Tribunal System (CTS) and the Galactic Tribunal Network (GTN), acting in unified oversight.

6.2 Primary execution of warrants, retrievals, and containment operations is authorized to the Celestial Guard Division (CGD), operating under Nexus sanction.

6.3 Any Council member, planetary governor, or independent faction leader found to have obstructed or falsified adherence to the Concordant shall be stripped of status under the Celestial Decree of Integrity (CDI).

6.4 Revisions to this Codex require unanimous vote from the Council of Celestial Concord, witnessed by the Eternal Nexus, and sealed with Aether signature to ensure authenticity.
